Ermionis

Ermionis is run by Marina Moroglou and her husband, Kosmas Bairaktaris, a fourth generation beekeeper. They produce organic herbal, heather and carob honey of the highest quality, with carob being the rarest variety. Other products include honey infused vinegar, coarse salt and natural cosmetics.
