Classic Mandola Voskopoula


The classic and delicious Kefalonian mandola, created following a 100-year-old recipe. This handmade traditional delicacy is a combination of fresh almonds and sugar, mixed in a copper cauldron and with the addition of its distinct crimson red colour, which comes from a local seaweed used traditionally in food colouring.
