Monogram’s Organic Kalamata olives get their unique flavour through the traditional method of natural fermentation. Harvested from Monogram’s organic olive groves, they are ripened under the sun and then matured in brine for nine months. They are excellent as appetizers and as an ingredient for many dishes.
