It is a PGI, Protected Geographical Indication olive oil from the Kolovi olive variety, which can be found exclusively on the island of Lesvos. Its lemon flavour complements Lesvos Gold’s distinctive bitterness, fruity flavour and peppery undertones, offering a great option for numerous dishes.
