Originating from pine forests in Chalkidiki and Thasos, this honey is rather spicy and strong flavoured, with a dark brown colour. It has a velvety texture and rare antioxidant properties. A delectable spread on bread or rusks, we would highly recommend it as a sweetener for a savoury dish.
